Harsharn K. Makkar (Hersh) is the founder of Makkar Law Firm, LLC. She practices Corporate Law, International Business Transactions, and Immigration Law with a focus on business organizations (incorporation) issues. Her legal advice is based on what is practical, acceptable, and legal for a small business since she herself was an entrepreneur. In addition to her legal and business background, she brings keen understanding of the Eastern and Western business cultures since she was brought up in India.
