We provide comprehensive and cost-effective legal services to both U.S. companies expanding overseas as well as to foreign-owned companies launching operations in the United States.  We focus on serving start-ups and privately held businesses with a particular focus on global expansion.  We also partner with local markets in Asia to provide specialized legal knowledge in areas like Taxation and Intellectual Property Rights.  We serve domestic clients who buy, sell, or invest in international markets, and assists foreign firms that are expanding their businesses into the United States.  We will assist with evaluating legal considerations with establishing offshore incorporation, joint ventures, subsidiaries, and licensing types of transaction(s).

Because the founder of the firm grew up abroad, she understands the global context in which companies operate and can provide more than languages skills or a cultural background.  In other words, we keep up with the business environment abroad, which helps us understand the issues involved in the context of business organizations abroad and can provide practical advice as well.

Many small and mid-size businesses do not have a full-time, in-house attorney.  For those businesses without in-house counsel, we can manage their legal affairs.  These services are attractive to a number of non-U.S. clients because it helps them avoid dealing directly with a number of different lawyers.
