We are an Atlanta based firm.  Our focus is Corporate Law, International Business Transactions, and Immigration Law.  Whether you are an entrepreneur who needs to negotiate a contract or settle a dispute or hire a foreign worker, we can add value to your transaction.
 
We can add value in two ways to your business.  One way we can add value is to serve you by understanding your company’s long-term strategic goals so that we can tailor our approach and solution(s) in meeting your company goals.  Discovering solutions that fit your unique challenges requires us to not simply understand the common problems a small to mid-size company like yours might encounter but how those solutions may address your unique issues.  Your company may have a unique need to hire foreign worker due to their certain set of skills or your company may be considering expanding globally, in addition to helping you understand what market barriers you might encounter, we can assist you in either avoiding those barriers or a way around those barriers so that you can establish your presence in that market based on your unique goals.  For example, if client’s long-term strategy is to expand globally, it would be critical to your understanding what business structures are acceptable so that you can discover a solution rather than avoid the market altogether.
